We want you to love your hair extensions. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Hair extensions cannot be worn, washed, cut, or altered
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-returnable items:
- Signs of use (hair altered, tape used etc)
- Sale or clearance items
How to return: Contact us at contact@amaracrownhair.com with your order number to initiate a return and we will give you the instructions of where to return your order to. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace them at no cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges:
Please note that we do not run an exchange service. If you would like to swap your original purchase for another product, please return it and make another order.
If you are shipping an item worth over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
